4 Diplomacy games, three qualifications first one starting at 20.10 on the Friday, Top board on sunday morning.
All the three qualification games will be counted for the qualification to the top board.
All the games will have a 15 minute “drink time” around the 1904 turn, will be open a bar in the venue.
Games time table:
Friday game starting at 20.20, booking will close 10 minutes before, 17 minutes for the spring, 15 minutes for the fall. Game will end up around midnight.
Second game 9.00 on Saturday, booking will close 10 minutes before, 17 minutes for the spring, 15 minutes for the fall. (or a different timing to accomodate the meals)
Third game 15.30 on Saturday, booking will close 10 minutes before, 17 minutes for the spring, 15 minutes for the fall.(or a different timing to accomodate the meals)
Last round The timing will be different here : 15 for spring, 14 for fall until 1903, 17 for spring, 15 for fall until the end. No Beer break. The Top board plays until 1908. (or a different timing to accomodate the meals)
Top board, the seven player with the most points on two games, 8.30 on Sunday.
Other players will play on other boards, the podium could only come up from the top board.
At 12.45 will be the prize giving and the end of the event.

How to get there
The venue is easily reachable by train, it is in front of Varedo(MB) Italy, 16 km north of Milan (Italy), train station that is linked to high speed trains and both the two airports. How to get there using public transports.

From Malpensa airport you take the train Malpensa Express to Milan(Cadorna or Central station) , disembark at Milano Bovisa politecnico train stop, there you get a train in direction Camnago/lentate or Seveso and disembark at Varedo train station to get to the venue, if you sleep at the hotel Limbiate Fiera you can disembark at Bovisio Masciago (next stop from Varedo) and ask them to pick you up, it is around 15 minutes, walking, from Bovisio Masciago train stop to the hotel.
From Linate Airport you get the tube to Milano Domodossola and there you get a train in direction Camnago/lentate or Seveso and disembark at Varedo train station to get to the venue, if you sleep at the hotel Limbiate Fiera you can disembark at Bovisio Masciago (next stop from Varedo) and ask them to pick you up, it is around 10 minutes walking from Bovisio Masciago train stop to the hotel.
Tickets
All the tickets are magnetic ones, so you need to validate them when entering or leaving any kind of public transportation.
Milano to Varedo: one way, you have to take a M1-M5 kind of ticket, with that ticket you can take the Tube, Surface buses in Milan (ATM ones), Trains going to Varedo. the ticket is valid for 135 minutes, you can hop and off on any kind of public transportation of ATM and Trenord.
Varedo to Milan: the same of the upper one but the direction will be Milano Cadorna or Milano Rozzano.
Malpensa Express : is a dedicated ticket from the Malpensa Airport, that cover only going to Milan, to move from Milano Bovisa to Varedo you need a ticket M1-M5 (Milan to Varedo).
From Train stations
Milano Centrale take a M1-M5 (Milano Varedo) ticket in any shop without exiting the train station, validate it and hop on Malpensa Express, you can use it until Milano Bovisa Train stop disembark there, get a train in direction Camnago/lentate or Seveso and disembark at Varedo train station to get to the venue, if you sleep at the hotel Limbiate Fiera you can disembark at Bovisio Masciago (next stop from Varedo) and ask them to pick you up, it is around 10 minutes walking from Bovisio Masciago train stop to the hotel.
Any other train station where you have the Tube,take a M1-M5 (Milano Varedo) ticket in any shop try to get to Affori FN train stop that is on the yellow line then take a train in direction Camnago/lentate or Seveso and disembark at Varedo train station to get to the venue, if you sleep at the hotel Limbiate Fiera you can disembark at Bovisio Masciago (next stop from Varedo) and ask them to pick you up, it is around 10 minutes walking from Bovisio Masciago train stop to the hotel.

On Saturday:
The lunch, Italian style, two restaurants one to bring in the people with the family and another one for the players that are coming without the family.
The Dinner, will be a typical italian Pizza with all the players and families, then we will go in another place to end up the evening with some drinks.
